5- COMPLETE BREAD WITH SPICES AND SEEDS
  I offer you recipe ideas   : natural and healthy bread.  
 Ingredients :
100 g of semolina or flour or both mixed
50 g oatmeal
50 g barley 
10 tablespoons of barley bran or wheat bran or oats
01 tablespoon of flax seeds
01 tablespoons sesame seeds
01 tablespoon black seed
01 teaspoon of watercress seeds
01 teaspoons dry or fresh oregano.
01 teaspoons of dry or fresh mint
05 to 07 tablespoons of olive oil
Warm water for kneading
01 teaspoons of salt (or a little more )
A large spoon of a mixture of seeds   fennel, anise, funigrec   "
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
 Preparation
       Mix all dry ingredients well in a bowl. Mix the water with salt, olive oil and add the dry ingredients. Add water in small amounts, mix until it turns into soft doughCover and let rest for two hours.
        Take a quantity of dough such as the size of a medium apple, spread out and form small circles in thickness of 1 cm, then cook on the fire in a pan or a tajine. You can meter in a tray up to double volume after baking, You can prepare enough for a week and keep in the fridge
     This recipe is rich in nutrients that your body needs: vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, proteins, balance and controls the level of secretion of hormones in the body and increases immunity to confront diseases.
